Full-time Recruiter Position
Coldwell Banker First Ottawa Real Estate Brokerage, is seeking a highly motivated, energetic Recruiter, to source and hire top quality Sales Representatives, for our Organization
Key Objectives
- Responsible for sourcing, assessment, interviewing and hiring of talent
- Design and develop corporate recruiting plans, using new and creative strategic ideas, while maintaining traditional sourcing to attract top talent.
- Execute plans to grow our pool of talent to meet forecasted needs while growing the interest and recognition of company brand.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
- Use social media platforms and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Develop a continuous pool of qualified candidates.
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
- Ensure the candidate database is kept current, accurate and compliant.
- Stay current with industry trends.
- Keep current in strategic recruitment trends to identify new opportunities for locating new talent.
- Work with Business Development to establish a recognizable Talent Brand for all recruiting marketing materials and drip campaigns.
- Meet regularly with Senior Management on development, organization and implementation of recruiting plans.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with Senior Management to report on key metrics, to determine and measure the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
Qualifications
- Self starter and have a professional disposition.
- Extremely motivated, outgoing, goal oriented and driven by success
- Must be highly innovative and be able to think outside the box
- Strong analytical, organization, time management skills and detail oriented.
- The ability to make sound decisions and use common sense.
- Must be well versed in the business side of all Social media platforms
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates
- Must have 1 -2 years of experience in Sales, as well as have a Marketing background.
- Proficient Computer skills, in Database Management, Word, excel and Power Point.
- Willing to work real estate hours.
- Experience in Real Estate would be considered an Asset.
